Yes, absolutely. Our Credit Card Details page is secure; you can verify this in most browser programs by looking for the 'locked padlock' symbol (usually in the lower left of each page). However, as you leave this page, you may be advised that you are entering a non-secure site. This is because only our Credit Card Details page is secure, so once you leave there, you are most likely entering non-secure areas. But rest assured, your Credit Card Details are most definitely within a secure zone, and are safe with us.

How do I place an order for your pads?
To order from us please click on the word SHOP in the list at the top left of the page. This will take you to our on-line shop front and you can see the full Wemoon range listed. Click on the type of pad that you want to purchase and then you will see all the fabric choices available. Find the colour or pattern that you want to buy. Now select from the drop down menu next to your choice which size you need and type in the number of pads in that size and fabric and press 'add to basket'. You can now move around the shop selecting more pads or accessories from the Wemoon range. When you are finished you simply click on Checkout and you will be guided to our secure area to enter your credit card details.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Can I pay by check?
Yes, we accept Australian Dollar cheques or money orders. Please carefully check your order total including shipping costs (plus 10% GST if you are in Australia), then post your cheque to: PO Box 913, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is cleared.

I am ordering from the Netherlands but your prices are in Australian dollars. How can I know how much I will be paying in Euros?
Please use our currency conversion calculator to check the approximate price that you will be paying in your currency. You will can find a link to the calculator at the bottom of each of the pages in the Wemoon shop. This is a guide as your credit card provider may have slightly different rates and they may also charge a conversion fee.

I am concerned about ordering a product that I haven't seen. What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?
We are confident of the quality of our products but should you experience any problem with any of your Wemoon purchases, or if they do not measure up to your expectations, please let us know as soon as possible and we will happily refund your money or exchange the product for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
We do ask that before you use Wemoon pads for the first time, please wash and try just one pad to ensure they meet your needs. If you wish to return or exchange them, keep the one you used and send the unopened pads back to us for a full refund.

How long before I can expect my pads to arrive?
If you placed your order from within Australia you can expect to receive it within approximately 1 week. If you placed your order from elsewhere in the world, you can expect to receive it within 2 to 3 weeks.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes! We currently ship Wemoon products all over the world. Postage charges are different within and outside Australia. The correct postage will be added to your shopping cart based on the shipping address given during the checkout process. You can view all shipping costs here.

What shipping method do you use?
Your Wemoon order will be sent by Australia Post. International orders are sent via Australia Post airmail.
