The average woman uses between 10,000 and 20,000 feminine hygiene products in her lifetime. This estimate is based on 30 years of menstruating using 5-8 pads, tampons, or pantiliners a day for a 5-7 day period. Clearly, many variables could change this estimate but it gives us an idea.
