Shipping & Delivery Times

Your Wemoon order will be sent by Australia Post airmail. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks.

Refunds and returned merchandise

We guarantee the quality of Wemoon Pads. However if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us for a complete refund.

Wemoon suggests to customers to trial one pad before opening any other pads as we will replace or refund a maximum of one opened/used pad per customer. We are always happy to refund/exchange unopened Wemoon pads within 90 days from date of purchase.
